All services are design and consultation based. We do not provide medical advice, physical therapy, or supervised in person training.

5. Client Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and honest information during the intake and onboarding process. Program design decisions are based on the information you provide. Lotus Aesthetic Systems is not responsible for outcomes affected by omitted, inaccurate, or misleading information.

6. Payments and Refunds

All fees for services are disclosed prior to purchase. Due to the custom and intellectual nature of program design work, all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. Refunds are not provided once work has commenced.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, programs, documents, and content provided by Lotus Aesthetic Systems are the intellectual property of Lotus Aesthetic Systems and are for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
